Disclosures:

We endeavor to provide the best customer service in the business. There are things we can do and things we can't, though. 

We can give credit for unopened bottles from Presell offerings.

If a wine is bad, return it promptly in the container with the cork. We will determine that it is bad and work with you to replace or credit the bad bottle contingent on our being able to return the bottle to our supplier. 

If you purchase a wine over 10 years old or of Grand Cru quality, we cannot offer a credit or replacement.

Discounts:

Our case discount for wines is 15%. Half case discount is 5%. Our case discount for beer is 10%. Again, wines over 10 years old or of Grand Cru quality will count towards the case but cannot be discounted themselves.  Because of the small markups on kegs, there is no further quantity discount.

If you have wines which have been stored impeccably and wish to dispose of them, we are willing to discuss terms.

Shipping Wine:

Shipping wine is a big grey area right now. There are concerns which have been evidenced by the shipping companies and currently if you call UPS and ask them to ship your wine they will tell you they don't ship wine. We are not sure if it is a tax issue or a company policy, because the Supreme Court has upheld the right of states to trade with each other overruling the controls based upon the laws established to accomplish the repeal of Prohibition. There are other options. We have shipping containers available in 1 bottle, 3 bottle, 6 bottle, and 12 bottle sizes. Call us with your shipping questions.
